Ayus installs and maintains 4-stage water filters at home, hidden under the kitchen sink. On our visits we always hear the same questions, so we wrote the answers down as guides.
The three new guides
- Why does my tap water taste of chlorine? Why chlorine is added to mains water, and how to remove the taste with a jug or with activated carbon.
- Microplastics in water. Explained by size: a microplastic is at least 1 µm and the ultrafiltration pores measure [X] µm.
- How much water to drink a day. The EFSA values, about 2 to 2.5 L a day including the water in food.
